backline RENTAL POLICIES
Daily Rental Rates
All equipment rentals are quoted and billed on a daily basis unless otherwise specified in writing. Multi-day rentals may be available upon request.
Service Area
At this time, rentals are available within the Nashville metropolitan area only, including:
Davidson County
Williamson County
Rutherford County
Wilson County
If you are unsure whether your event falls within our service area, please contact us before booking.
Rental Agreement Required
All customers must complete and sign a rental agreement prior to taking possession of any equipment. Additional documentation may be required depending on the equipment being rented and the scope of the event.
Damage & Loss Responsibility
The customer assumes responsibility for all rented equipment while it is in their possession, custody, or control. Customers are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed during the rental period.
Damage Waiver
A signed damage waiver is required for all rentals. The damage waiver does not cover negligence, misuse, theft, loss, or intentional damage.
Equipment Care
Customers agree to use all equipment in a safe and professional manner and to return equipment in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Availability
All rental requests are subject to equipment availability. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Nomad Music Co.
Returning Customer Discounts
We value long-term relationships with artists, churches, production teams, and event organizers. Discounts may be available for repeat customers and recurring rental needs.
